Initial AMCO Full Training Workshop (In-person or Virtual)
- Two-day (12 hour) workshop to introduce the Anti-Racist Multicultural Orientation (AMCO) framework in combination with the following MI components: MI spirit, skills, and processes. Includes handouts, PDF of slides, and workshop completion certificate.

Advanced / Intermediate TMI Trainings (In-person or Virtual)
- Two-day (12 hour) workshop to increase MI proficiency, address special populations or integrate MI with other interventions (CBT, FLEX Coaching, FLEX Navigation). Includes preparation, slide pdfs, handouts, evaluation
- Virtual: recommended four three-hour sessions
TMI Individual or Small Group Coaching (Up to 4 Trainees)
- Evidence-based five-session phone coaching program to increase MI proficiency. Includes standard patient role plays, behavioral rehearsal, structured activities, and evidence-based coding tool.
TMI Champion Training Program
- Evidence-based five-session program to become an MI coach following demonstrated advanced MI proficiency. Includes training in evidence-based coding tool, supervision skills in an MI style, structured coaching format and documentation.
